We will collect used books for OKANA http://www.okana.gr  and MEDIN http://www.medin.gr/. Both NGOs need books for their libraries. MEDIN mostly need books for children (and young adults) in Greek, English, Arabic and OKANA needs mostly books for adults (literature, novels, poetry and educational books if available).

So, this is your chance to use your GoodCitizenship bag (ALBA staff). The idea is that we collect all books at Xenias 6 Ground Floor on 21/11/2012 at 3.30 p.m (one day before the Thanksgiving Day). This will be a great opportunity to meet all at the Ground floor and to pre-celebrate Thanksgiving with a good cause! So, check your home libraries and see if any of your books can be shared with others. We understand that some of you do not want to be separated by your books and your books are sacred but please consider those who cannot afford to buy not even a book. This is our chance to give and to share.
